APS Leadership Edge

​APS Leadership Edge is a cohort-based social learning program which will enable EL 2's to develop their leadership and management skills through a range of learning sprints and activities. Premium is made up for four core learning sprints (Integrity & Psychological Safety, Adaptive Leadership, Stewardship and Good Work Design) which must be completed by attendees.

Finance Procurement Basics

SES Unconscious Bias - Workshops

This four-part workshop series, consisting of two themes, offers SES leaders a deep dive into unconscious bias for organisational change. Supported by follow-up workshops, SES leaders can share personal reflections and action plans.

Writing and Evaluating Tender Criteria

Knowledge and practices relating to delivering effective evaluation outcomes. An essential course for anyone who will be required to sit on an evaluation panel. This course provides a set of tools and techniques to manage sourcing events and their evaluation in a manner that is efficient, accountable and delivers the right outcomes. It includes an overview of the end-to-end evaluation process, including evaluation criteria and scoring methods.
