APS Unlocked brings together new and returning members of the APS to engage with experienced APS leaders and practitioners, who will share essential information and tips for a successful and productive career in the APS.

The Turning Data Into Information course is designed to build your analytical skills and equip you with a range of statistical tools and techniques that will help you both understand and analyse data in the context of a research question or issue

The Regulatory Practice Essentials program builds foundational capability for officers performing a regulatory role regardless of classification level. The program supports best practice in regulation and focuses on an officer’s ability to exercise judgement and discretion in making defensible and systematic regulatory decisions.

The Regulatory Professional Practice Support Program has been designed to support regulatory practitioners to navigate immediate challenges and strengthen commonly required skills and capabilities.

The Change Management Practitioner program is an online program offering extension learning to participants who have completed the Change Management Foundation Program.

APS employees who produce routine correspondence, such as emails and letters. Suitable for improving ability to logically sequence information, use appropriate styles and readability.

​APS Leadership Edge is a cohort-based social learning program which will enable EL 2's to develop their leadership and management skills through a range of learning sprints and activities.

The Coaching for Women in Data and Digital (C4WID) Program focuses on group coaching to help you develop leadership skills in data and digital related roles within the public sector. The program will help you reflect on your strengths, values and career goals, and dedicate time to professional growth in a supportive context.

The Cultural Capability Hub is a central repository of practical guidance and suggested resources to support staff to uplift their Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultural capability.
