Psychological safety is about your ability to take risks in the workplace without fear of rejection or judgement. It means you feel accepted and respected and are comfortable being yourself.
Services Australia, in partnership with the Australian Public Service Mental Health and Suicide Prevention Unit, part of the Australian Public Service Commission, have developed a learning bite highlighting the importance of all staff contributing to a Psychologically Safe workplace.
