Digital Transformation Agency – Digital Service Standard on accessibility
The Digital Service Standard is a set of best-practice principles for designing and delivering government services. It helps digital teams to build services that are user-friendly, inclusive, adaptable, and measurable.
One of the Digital Service Standard criteria to help government agencies apply the Standard is ‘make it accessible’ to ensure design is accessible and inclusive of all users regardless of their ability and environment.
Find information on why ’make it accessible’ is in the Standard and understand how you can meet the Standard through applying accessibility principles in the Discovery, Alpha and Beta stages of design.
