Continuous Learning methods – When and where they happen
This model charts continuous learning experiences against two axes:
- Frequency – how often does the experience occur?
- Distance from work – can it be done in the flow of work?
The model highlights the continuous learning experiences that are the most available to APS people to use.
Learning experiences which are in the flow of work, and are available often, are some of the best opportunities available for APS people to learn.
Learning experiences which sit on the opposite side (i.e. outside of the flow of work, and infrequently) are still valuable but can be more difficult to access or find time and space to do.
Have a look at the model and consider which learning experiences you can use in your continuous learning.
