Psychosocial hazards - Comcare
Psychosocial hazards are aspects of work which have the potential to cause psychological or physical harm. Examples include:

- Fatigue
- Mental stress
- Overseas work
- Remote or isolated work
- Workplace change
- Workplace violence or customer aggression
Comcare is the national authority for work health and safety, and workers’ compensation. They provide information and resources for workers and employers about identifying and managing these hazards. They also outline:
- available training on psychological health and safety
- what to do and how to notify them if an incident occurs.
