Coaching for Women in Data and Digital (C4WID) Program
The Coaching for Women in Data and Digital (C4WID) Program focuses on group coaching to help you develop leadership skills in data and digital related roles within the public sector. The program will help you reflect on your strengths, values and career goals, and dedicate time to professional growth in a supportive context.
This learning experience has been provided by Accenture in partnership with the APS Academy and APS Digital Profession.

Suitable for
APS 5 - EL 1 women and non-binary people working, or interested, in a data or digital related role. It is also suitable for those who are transitioning back into the workforce or shifting to digital and data related roles.
There will be two distinct coaching streams:
- one for EL1 participants
- new to the program in 2024, another for APS 5 and 6 participants.
This separation ensures that each group receives tailored support and development opportunities suited to their specific needs and career stages.
Considerations
Coaching for Women in Data and Digital is a 10-month program, inclusive of:
- Program kick-off and an end of program celebration event.
- 7 group workshops.
- Pre and post session work to support ongoing learning.
- Additional Hot Topic learning events and other networking events.
You will be required to become a member of the Digital Profession Members Community Platform to access the program. Membership is free.
This program includes one workshop per month with a cohort of peers. Upon enrolment you will be allocated to regular session times that suit you. However, if your schedule changes we can accommodate this, the flexibility will be coordinated by the Program Facilitator, Accenture. Accenture will provide a detailed confirmation once registration is completed.

Price
$7,900 per attendee. Payment by credit card.
If you wish to pay by invoice, you will need to select invoice details and provide the relevant information in the pre-registration form. Next you will need to send a confirmation email to DiversityLeadership@apsc.gov.au to complete your registration.
