Cross Agency Training Hub

This Cross Agency Training Hub provides a list of APS agencies that deliver essential information and training you need to know as an APS employee. The hub provides an overview of agency functions and links to key training and resources offered by each agency. 

These training experiences and resources guide you to undertake your role in the APS in a manner that is safe, respectful and in accordance with legislation.

Agencies

Comcare offers a range of education and training on topics related to the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (WHS Act) and Safety Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988 (SRC Act). This training will support you in understanding your rights and responsibilities under each piece of legislation and assist you in supporting yourself and others in safe workplace practices.

The Workplace Gender Equality Agency is an Australian Government statutory agency established by the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012. It is responsible for promoting and improving gender equality in Australian workplaces.

The Office of the Commonwealth Ombudsman investigates complaints about actions and decisions of Australian Government agencies to see if they are wrong, unjust, unlawful, discriminatory or just plain unfair. The Ombudsman also seeks remedies for those affected by administrative deficiency and acts to improve public administration generally.
