Are you looking for new and innovative ways to streamline your recruitment processes?
Do you want to understand the basic foundational recruitment processes within the Australian Public Service context?
If your answer is YES, then you’re looking in the right place! The Australian Public Service Commission (APSC) is excited to announce that it has recently updated the APS Recruitment Guide (the Guide) and developed a number of new hiring resources.
The Guide and the hiring resources focus on:
- supporting foundational recruitment capability.
- increasing confidence in streamlining, innovating and increasing efficiency in recruitment processes.
- upholding integrity across recruitment processes, and
- demonstrating practical application of the merit principle in APS recruitment.
The hiring resources include factsheets on bulk recruitment, an example template on effective selection reports and many more resources to help support agencies in conducting efficient recruitment processes.
Keep an eye out as additional resources are being developed over the next 12 months.
