Program: APS Induction Pathway

The APS Induction pathway offers practical skills, foundational learning in the structure and functions of the Australian Government and an introduction to core concepts that underpin work in the APS.

It includes content provided by the APS Academy and several other APS agencies.

• Learn about the main aspects of how government works, and how to work effectively in government.
• Develop an understanding of the frameworks that govern the Australian Public Service, and go into further detail in areas such as money and resources, information management, and diversity and inclusion.

All staff, either as an introduction or a refresher.
