In this module, you’ll learn the essentials for transitioning to remote work, including key guidance for managers and staff.

More and more organisations are turning to remote work during the COVID-19 pandemic. However, few are prepared for the transition. Setting up a remote workforce takes more than dispensing laptops—it takes careful planning and oversight.
