MOSAIC - Part One: Growing multicultural awareness
The Multicultural Organisation – Staff Awareness, Innovation and Capability (MOSAIC) magazine aims to enhance multicultural awareness and culturally inclusive practices and behaviours across the APS.
The MOSAIC magazine supports the APS’ commitment to creating a safe, supportive and diverse workforce. The self-paced content allows you to learn while in the flow of work. You can explore the content in any order you choose. Within the magazine you will find well-researched intercultural frameworks used in global organisations, as well as activities, questionnaires, self-reflection opportunities and downloadable toolkits to support you in growing your multicultural awareness. The magazine also includes a journal entry feature which allows you to record your responses to guiding questions. These will be captured to create a personalised action plan that you can print or download upon completion.
MOSAIC - Part One: Growing multicultural awareness focuses on growing your multicultural awareness and is recommended for all APS staff, so everyone can contribute to creating a safe and inclusive workplace for all.
