This micro-bite explores the importance of fostering a culture that actively engages with risk, outlining what this looks like and key considerations for overcoming risk aversion within an entity. Building on these foundations, the course also examines the benefits of an active risk culture, how to assess it, and strategies for influencing behavioural change to shift from risk aversion to a more engaged approach.
