The Excellence in Professional Regulation suite has a new offering! The Regulatory Professional Practice Support Program supports regulatory professionals to navigate challenges and strengthen professional capability in real time.
The Program is a collection of valuable artefacts, tools and support materials that can be accessed on an ‘as needed’ basis. It is designed to guide professional interactions and enable regulatory practitioners to effectively transfer and acquire knowledge, skills and capabilities.
While the collection of resources can be utilised by individuals for self-reflection, it is most beneficial to be used with peers, coaches and broader work teams. A number of the resources can also be used with stakeholder groups.
To quote David Weinberger,
"The smartest person in the room, is the room."
So, why not get together a team to work through wicked problems, share, collaborate and overcome modern issues.
The resources have three primary categories; Interpersonal, Organisational and Regulatory judgement enablers. Whilst the resources have been pitched at regulatory professionals, many will benefit teams encompassing broader roles and skill sets.
