Contract Management Basics aims to provide APS employees with fundamental knowledge and skills essential for the management of a Commonwealth contract. Awareness and understanding of the Commonwealth Procurement Framework is essential to ensure compliance when APS employees must undertake contract management. This course has been designed to ensure the application of principles, processes, and best practices that form the foundation for success.
